Before Passport (a German jazz-rock band) the clever pluri-instrumentalist Klaus Doldinger founded in 1970 a quartet: Klaus Doldinger's Motherhood which recorded a pretty album in the same year entitled Motherhood. They played a nice jazz-prog that now we call "fusion" or prog related. The musicians were: Lothar Meid -bass, guitar; Keith Forsey (only on track 4 and 6) and Udo Lindenberg -drums, vocals; Paul Vincent -guitar; KLaus Doldinger -keyboards, clarinet, sax tenore, alto and soprano. Their music, sometimes, can remember V.d.G.G.'s sounds. Enjoy!
