Manfred Mann's Earth Band

During the '60s Manfred Mann was a good R.& B. group, but in 1971 Mann wanted to form a new group named Earth Band that played an eclectic prog with veins of soul, rock and prog. The first album was this one selftitled, issued in 1972 with such line-up: Manfred Mann / organ, synthesizer, vocals; - Colin Pattenden / bass; - Mick Rogers / lead vocals, guitar; - Chris Slade / drums.
