Today I wish to speak about an English band The Flash, which played a very good eclectic prog music. The captain of that group was Peter Banks who is well knowed by many of you (I hope) as the first guitarist of the famous group The Yes (before Howe, of course); the other musicians on this first album self titled (and issued in 1972) were: Tony Kaye (an old Yes too) on organ, piano, ARP synth; Mike Hough / drums, percussion, cymbals, badinage; Colin Carter / vocals, percussion; Ray Bennett / bass, acoustic guitar, backing vocals, lead vocals (on track 2)and Banks himself on acoustic electric & Spanish guitars, Hooter, ARP synth, backing vocals. This work is a great stuff for all fans of prog-rock and the old Yes, that is highly recommended! Enjoy!!
